Andrew joined the CGS team in 2026, and he comes to us with over 20 years of ministry, non-profit, and executive leadership experience. He has degrees in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies and an MBA with a focus in Non-Profit Management.

Andrew became a leader of non-profit programming in his early years and was called to become a missionary and the Executive Director of an international non-profit in the Dominican Republic for 5 years. In 2022, Andrew moved back to the United States to become the founding Director of a US-based youth program.

In 2023, he transitioned into Pastoral ministry as the Operations and Family Ministry Director at one of the fastest-growing churches in America. Currently, Andrew is serving as the Discipleship Pastor at First Baptist Church of Elkhart, Indiana.
