After serving as a Campaign Administrator in her own church's successful capital campaign, Penny joined the CGS team in 2011 to provide in-house management in support of our Campaign Consultants. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Cornerstone University.

Before joining CGS, she utilized her problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills throughout her twenty years in the fields of customer service, human resources, and systems management.

Penny and her husband Steve have been married for over 35 years and are blessed to attend the same church as their 2 married children and their spouses.
