Penny Tessler

After serving as a Campaign Administrator in her own church’s successful capital campaign, Penny joined the CGS team in 2011 to provide in-house management in support of our Campaign Consultants. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornerstone University (formerly Grand Rapids Baptist College), majoring in both Business and Psychology.

Before joining CGS, she utilized and enhanced her problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills throughout her twenty years in the fields of customer service, human resources, and systems management. Penny uses her exceptional administrative and project management skills, along with her experience in dozens of capital campaigns, to provide insight into the unique nuances of your campaign.

Penny and her husband Steve have been married for over 30 years and have 2 children. In her free time, Penny enjoys reading, keeping statistics at her son’s baseball games, and saving money through coupon shopping.
