With 17 years of capital campaign consulting experience, Neil began working for CGS in 2015. Neil graduated from Malone University and attended Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He has extensive experience serving churches in various ministry capacities. During the last 14 years he has worked with churches in the areas of capital campaigns as well as strategic planning and annual programs. He has also developed a manual on annual giving called “Linear Giving.” Neil is comfortable meeting with churches to strategize an effective campaign for maximum long-term congregational health and financial strength. He will bring a unique combination of broad ministry involvement and extensive consulting experience to your capital campaign.
Neil has Canadian roots and still occasionally “straps on the blades.” Neil and his wife, Judy, live in Louisville, Ohio, and enjoy spending time with their four daughters and nine grandchildren. He is comfortable with lumber and in his spare time you may find him working with wood or completing home improvement projects.
